Lead time does not change with the destination — production is the same for every market. It is the window for a custom order, not a catalogue item: a made-to-measure window or door runs about 25–30 days from the point where your drawings are approved and the deposit is paid — not from first enquiry and not from the order date on its own. FOB covers the goods to the port of loading and on board; sea freight and destination clearance are additional and depend on the port, so we do not quote a fixed transit time. What does differ between markets is certification and testing (NFRC, AS2047, CE/DoP, UKCA), which runs on its own timeline. Every range on this page is indicative: the actual schedule is set by the factory and confirmed in writing when the order is placed.
